The Village
The village square area is located adjacent to the South marina and the Southern end of Sweetwater Village. It is intended this area will be populated with a restaurant, resort style shopping boutiques including deli, ice cream parlour, groceries, health spa and various commercial venues suitable for an all season resort. Being located next to the marina this area is suitable for shops that cater to a boater’s needs such as snacks, ice, sports and fishing equipment. This is a golf cart friendly development and access and parking for residents will accomodate this theme.
